NMMHP Research

Eight graduate professor mentors and eleven graduate student mentees from the Department of Counseling conducted research on eight health disparity areas.

Each health disparity research team met regularly for professor mentors to provide supervision, guidance and mentoring on a five-chapter research paper for the student mentees. Currently, seven master's theses are completed and compilation for the monograph has begun.
